WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Sometimes this may take slightly longer depending on workload; we apologize in advance.
Delivery times are 10–15 days.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer free shipping within Europe only. For all other countries, shipping costs are €6.90.
Additional fees may apply, but so far we have not received any complaints from our customers about this.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
In principle, we ship worldwide. However, some countries may not be eligible for our offers; we apologize in advance.
WHAT IF MY DETAILS WERE ENTERED INCORRECTLY OR HAVE CHANGED?

If the parcel has already been shipped, unfortunately we will no longer be able to make changes.
If the product is returned to us, we will contact you to agree on the next steps. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

DO YOU OFFER A RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS) ON GOODS?
We are confident in our products, which is why we have extended your right of withdrawal from 14 to 60 days—so you take no risk!
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
MY PRODUCT HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND/OR IS DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged.
In this case, if you wish to exchange it for the same item, please:
a) take a photo or video of the defective or damaged item,

c) inform us of your request. We will contact you to find a solution.
HOW CAN I GET A REFUND FOR AN ITEM?
After we have checked your return, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
