How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes up to 10 business days, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

How much is shipping?

Standard delivery is £2.60 and priority delivery is £4.60 per order, whatever the number of items. The full amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do you ship?

To the countries shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. The dispatch email contains your tracking number, and you can follow it on our Track your order page.

I entered the wrong address — can it be changed?

Email info.cubbie@gmail.com straight away. We can change the address while the order is still with us; once it has been dispatched we can no longer alter it.

Can I return something?

Yes. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we send you the return address. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. The full terms are in our Return Policy.

What is parcel insurance?

An optional £2.90 add-on at checkout. If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we send the order again at no cost to you.

How do I contact you?

What age is the 4 in 1 trike for?

From about 18 months to 6 years, for children up to 25 kg. Push trike with the parent handle from about 18 months, pedals and balance bike from about 2, standing scooter from about 3.

Will it tip over?

Three wheels and a low seat give a wide, steady base. For the first rides, keep the parent handle on and stay close.

How do I change modes?

By hand: fold the frame and fit the pedals or clip them to the frame. The parent handle comes off in seconds once they ride on their own.

Will it fit in the car?

Yes. The frame folds down to go in the boot.

What if a part breaks?

Email info.cubbie@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will sort out a replacement.
