How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 14 days, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay, in your local currency.

Where do you ship?

To the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Can I track my order?

Yes. The dispatch email contains your tracking number, and you can follow it on our Track your order page.

I entered the wrong address — can it be changed?

Email info.cubbie@gmail.com straight away. We can change the address while the order is still with us; once it has been dispatched we can no longer alter it.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The full terms are in our Return Policy.

What is parcel insurance?

An optional £2.90 add-on at checkout. If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we send the order again at no cost to you.
