Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

If nothing has arrived 21 days after dispatch, email us at info.cubbie@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. The price you confirm is the price you are charged — there are no costs added afterwards.

Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Prices are shown in your local currency.

Wrong or changed address

Email us at info.cubbie@gmail.com as soon as you notice. We can change the address while the order is still with us; once it has been dispatched we can no longer alter it.
