Return Policy

30 days to change your mind

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days we are no longer able to offer a refund or an exchange.

Condition

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that come back damaged, incomplete, or clearly used may qualify for a partial refund only.

How to start a return

Email info.cubbie@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return address and the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within a few days.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. For anything over £60 we recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund a return that never reaches us.

Damaged or wrong item

If the item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo. In that case we cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund.
